Better Photoshop app than Photoshop by Unknown
It seems everytime I look for a simple form of a big name program the manufacturer goes from one extreme to the other. I couldn't believe there are apps out there that don't even let you change the resolution. (Thanks a lot, Adobe.) Photo Editor by Polarr, on the other hand, gives you the tools you need to rotate, crop, resize, save for web, and more. One of the Best free apps I have ever used.

Excellent by Brian
Well designed, in-depth editing program. One of the best photo editing apps in the Windows Store. Actually, it's one of the best photo editing apps, period. UPDATE: I said earlier I wished it was possible to add text to photos. Now I can do that too. Thanks guys! Finally a good, not excessively slow or complicated photo editing app that does everything I need!

The best photo editing app I have used by Anshul
I am a photographer and I use all costly professional tools to get my work done. Last week I downloaded this app and it was so good and easy to use, were well designed. I enjoy it best on my surface with its surface pen. Now I can edit my work on the way while travelling.. Thanks!!! Keep it coming

Non-operable by Aaron
It's a shame that this application has the most difficulty in importing pictures from your library, it has so much potential yet it fails to do some of the most simplest tasks such as mentioned.
